Kilburn & Cricklewood – Week of Action |

During the week beginning 6 April, police carried out coordinated action across Kilburn and Cricklewood as part of Operation Terminos Plus, an operation focused on keeping local communities safe and tackling crime that matters most to residents. This work was delivered over several days and involved officers from local policing teams, with support from neighbouring boroughs, specialist police units, the local council, and other partner agencies. As part of this enforcement activity, police carried out: Licensing checks
Results from the Operation As a result of this coordinated effort, officers achieved the following outcomes: 45 arrests for a range of offences - 74 vehicles seized as part of enforcement activity - Over 1,000 mobile phones recovered, believed to be stolen - 8 dangerous weapons seized (including machetes and knives), with arrests made in every case - £3,000 worth of illegal drugs removed from the streets - Illegal tobacco seized with the help of Trading Standards - 10 warnings issued to licensed premises that were not meeting required standards Police are AWARE that some businesses are knowingly purchasing stolen alcohol, cosmetic goods, and household items that have been shoplifted in the local area.
